Azzurri Group case study

The Azzurri Group came to PIVOT as a completely new Employer Provider. Their requirement was for a single integrated solution to support digital delivery.

They needed an e-learning system that was able to deliver new apprenticeship standards, a platform licensed to work with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).

Their team worked with City & Guilds learning and apprenticeship funding experts to set up an efficient, high-quality programme in the face of demanding deadlines.

As well as using standards from the PIVOT Content Store, the Azzurri Group platform gives learners access to an in-house content management system with knowledge checks delivered through the PIVOT learner portal.

City & Guilds took care of training for delivery staff and supported the team through go-live and first batch uploads to smooth the flow of funding.

  • 88% of employees who’ve recently completed the programme stated that their job satisfaction had increased as a result.

  • Our apprentices tell us they feel more involved, and that exposure to new areas of the store has increased their knowledge, meaning they can add more value to the store operation and to our customers.
