TUI – case study
TUI challenged City & Guilds to deliver a first-class learning experience, with users able to access an online platform wherever, whenever and however they wished.
TUI demanded a system that held learner data in ways that met Skills Funding Agency (SFA) requirements. They needed tools to handle data returns and produce reports on demand.
There is a culture of apprenticeship support at TUI, with both managers and the full staff team coaching, informing, guiding, giving feedback and providing opportunities to observe.
When choosing a system to manage apprenticeship delivery, assessment and quality assurance was key.
TUI already had a relationship with City & Guilds. The Managed Learning Services team worked together with those who already knew TUI to centralise our offering.
